I bought something which I paid 200SEK to deliver. It didn’t fit my expectation and I needed to return it where I needed to pay more 200SEK to return it. I have store next to me but they don’t accept returns in store… this is the worst shopping experience ever. I spent 400 SEK in something and I wasn’t able to deliver it at the store because they claim they don’t have space. If they want to save space in the store, the minimum is to provide free shipping costs… or at least, converting them into a voucher. Worst online experience ever.
