I ordered a pair of shoes and they had been clearly used few times outside. After contacting the store, they said I should pay for the return because the condition of my order has been described already. I order the pair from Sweden and the translation of that statement in Swedish it doesn't make any sense. However, I would never by used shoes for that price . Anyways, they gave me two options: 1) return it with dhl on my own expense 2) return it with whomever I want on my own expense I guess they have enough customers to care about customer relation. Never again, no matter the price.
