There's plenty to like about the Sony BDP-S370 Blu-ray Disc Player. It is a quick Blu-ray player with a snappy interface that doesn't lag in terms of performance and has an extensive feature-set. Not only Blu-ray media, the BDP-S370 can also play regular DVDs and Audio CDs. You can also connect to the internet and surf YouTube (among other media streaming sites) online. It has a fully functional remote control and also allows you to view photos and videos off your USB drive. If you have a Sony BRAVIA HDTV, and you want to have a Blu-ray player, the Sony BDP-S370 is a no-brainer. If you want to foray into the high-def world of home theatre entertainment, the Sony BDP-S370 Blu-ray Disc Player is a very good stepping stone.

Great performance is paired with excellent internet services including BBC iPlayer. At this price, you can't ask for more.

Conclusion It's difficult to not be impressed by the BDP-S370. Even though it is pitched as an entry-level player, the sheer range of entertainment options it offers make it a compelling choice, especially if you don’t care about 3D. The IPTV features which can be a little gimmicky on some devices are really useful, especially being able to stream BBC HD through iPlayer.Overall, the DBP-S370 is a great player for the price and with the forthcoming DLNA update, you get even more for your money. We'd have liked straight UPnP support and Wi-Fi would have been a killer addition, but as it is, at this price, once connected the S370 is a very capable machine with bags of extras to keep you entertained.
