Nexus 6P review

Minus

Conclusion
The Nexus 6P is a luxury phone without the premium price to match. Behind its aluminum finish are powerful phone specs that nearly keep up with Apple and Samsung's flagship phablets. That's because the Snapdragon 810 v2.1 processor gives Qualcomm's troubled chip new life, plus 3GB of RAM is just enough to future-proof the phone. As for USB-C… it may be ahead of its time. Consider yourself an early adopter when it comes to this and Android Nougat. The Nexus Imprint fingerprint sensor is right on time, even if it landed on the back of the phone, and Google finally catches up to Apple's Touch ID. This method offers just as much speed and accuracy.Google's super-sized phone is thinner, lighter, stronger and easier to hold, making it a true step up from the Nexus 6 in every way imaginable. No, it's not fast as the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ – and the 12.3MP camera is comparable, not always better. But this is the best phablet for the price, hands down, and returns the Nexus brand to its more affordable and palmable roots.First reviewed: October 2015 -
Google Nexus 6P
Plus
- Bra kamera
- Dubbla högtalare
- Stadig konstruktion
- Fingeravtrycksläsaren
Minus
- Stor och klumpig
- Medelmåttig batteri
- Inget microSD-stöd
- Icke utbytbart batteri
Slutsats

Conclusion The Nexus 6P starts at £449. Although that's a lot of money in the grand scheme of things (and much more than in the US), it isn't really in the smartphone world, where top-tier phones can cost a few hundred more and beyond. At this price point, you're typically looking at sub-flagship phones with premium specs, such as the HTC One A9. By comparison the Nexus 6P refocuses attention by offering plenty for its asking price. This Nexus is a top-tier phone, plain and simple, yet it's more affordable than some of the other top-tier handsets out there, including the Note 5 and iPhone 6S Plus. If you're already considering a Nexus device, though, chances are you have no interest in Apple's ecosystem.Size is one thing to consider, though, as the 6P's 5.7-inch scale means you'll need to be prepared to use a large-scale device. If not, then the smaller 5X, while fine enough, doesn't quite compare. Sure, there are some similarities, such as a great rear camera (it just needs a better stock camera app), useful fingerprint scanner, USB-C fast-charging, 4K video & slo-mo, plus that uncluttered and super-fast Android 6.0 Marshmallow experience. The Nexus 6P is the best Nexus device to date. And if there were ever a time to try out the best of what Google has to offer, now is that time. Huawei did us all a favour and finally paired great hardware with great software.
