    My answer: WRONG!
    I contacted Prisjakt and they deleted the SPAX price/line from the list for Samsung Galaxy Tab 7+ 128GB.

    You, SPAX, also wrote that you have fixed the price and your shuld be nr 5 on the list and you said that it was due to technical/out of sync problems.
    NOT!

    My comment(s) are gone due to the fact/Prisjakt policy, since I did not purchase the product, but only reported wrong price. When the SPAX price/line was removed from the list, by Prisjakt!, they also informed me by email and after that they removed my comment accordingly! No problem.

    Unfortunately I did not make a copy of my comment(s) and your answer, can not paste here.

    Thanks to Prisjakt companies like SPAX will not be able to continue with what you are trying to do here.

    Had to add this to your reply so people (like me) would be carful from dealing with companies like yours: In any business contract, when any party "Sneaks" through the backdoor and make any altering to the contract without informing the other party, that's the FRAUD mentality! Because there was no legal obligation to inform me you did not care to do it! which means it was ONLY the legal obligation that made you refund the money! Those legislations were made for companies who has no regards whatsoever to the moral obligations of making business with others, just like yours. And regarding the phone call, it was ME who googled your companys phone, spoke to one of your employees and got your number from him, called you twice and then you replied and we had that conversation!
  • As I said on the phone we have a technical problem with the price file syncing with this site. And Prisjakt site (this) know about it, and we are together working on the problem...

    We did cancel your order because it was wrong and we are sorry. Have we take any of your money from the order? NO... But call us FRAUD company and whatsoever is so wrong...

    As you can see other people did yesterday complain about this problem and we did take care of it and working on it. All that comments is gone, why do you think? Thats because Prisjakt and me are working together with the problem.

    As I said before and Im saying it again. This company has been on the local market for 4 years with NO complains and just NOW we are going online and having trouble launching the site. That happens....

    So please calm down, it was a human misstake and no FRAUD...

    This is a legit FRAUD company! I made a purchase of an iPad air on the amount of 5982 kr that was shown on THEIR website, the purchase went throw and I was waiting for the delivery, but the next day nothing happened and no one informed me about the shipping process or anything AT ALL! so I got suspicious and I contacted Payson -the company of which I made the transaction through- and they informed me that the store CANCELED the purchase!

    We did talk on the phone 20 minutes before this comment when I explained why we did cancel your order because the item was excluded VAT but the site said it was including VAT.

    How can we be a fraud company when we are new and I have explained the problem in every comment here on the site. And we did refund your money, so were is the fraud?

    As I explained we got a technical problem that is now solved. And again, we are so sorry for showing wrong information.
